Fr Mykhaylo Chaban, Rector of the “Pokrova” Childrens’ Home and of the Blessed Philip Rinaldi Salesian Community in Lviv, has been given the distinction of an Honour of the Third Degree by a decree of the President of the Ukraine, Viktor Yushchenko. The President of the Region of Lviv, Dr. Mykola Kmit presided at the ceremony held on 12 December. >>
